You can use Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook (GWSMO) to synchronize your Outlook contacts with Google Workspace. You can sync your personal contacts and any global contacts set up for your organization. If you do, you need to remember a few items.
How to Sync Google Contacts with Outlook?Go to SyncGene and sign up;Find the “Add Account” tab, select Google and sign in to your Google account;Click on “Add Account” and log in to your Outlook account;Find the “Filters” tab, choose Contacts sync option and check the folders you want to sync;
To sync your Gmail and Outlook contacts via Contacts Sync, enter your Gmail ID and password in the programs main screen and click the Save Settings button. Enter the number of minutes between syncs and select one of the two options: Outlook contacts to Gmail, or Gmail contacts to Outlook.
For Android: Open phone Settings > Applications > Outlook > Make sure Contacts is enabled. Then open the Outlook app and go to Settings > tap on your account > tap Sync Contacts.

Outlook for iOS and Android lets you add and edit contacts for Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 accounts. To create a new contact in Outlook for iOS, tap on the search bar near the bottom of the screen.
Open the Settings app on Android, and choose the Apps > Outlook > Permissions option. Then enable the Contacts option. Open Outlook and tap the Settings icon. Then tap your account and switch on the Sync Contacts feature.
