How many questions do you need to pass the MBLEx?

In 2014, major changes were made to the MBLEx format when the FSMTB introduced computer adaptive testing (CAT). The number of exam questions was reduced from 125 to 100. This is because CAT adjusts test question difficulty to the candidates ability level in order to achieve faster and more accurate test results.

How is MBLEx scored?

The MBLEx is scored on a scale from 300-900 with 630 as a minimum passing score for a massage therapist. The results are available at the testing center immediately after the exam. Those that fail the examination and wish to retake it must submit a Retake Application Form.

How long are MBLEx test results good for?

Will my ATT expire? Yes, it will. You will have 90 days in which to take the test.
